>From what I recall, some of the jsp files in the root folder (not the root >url) have links e.g ../search.jsp This was fine if the webapp was in root but if you had the webapp elswhere it tried to find the file in the directory above. I fixed it on my deployment by simply taking out the ../ where needed. If you look in search.jsp it get's put in the same folder as cached.jsp, anchors.jsp by the war when built but the links in it all have e.g. ../anchors.jsp.
