Can we use NUTH in windows OS

You didn't say at all what are you trying to do, and what is your 
environment. What was the cmd-line? where is the data located? 
Apparently Nutch doesn't find one of the input directories, so it's 
either not there, or the config is wrong, but without more information 
it's impossible to tell.
