Hi all,

Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, is "looking for people to
continue the development of a wiki-inspired search engine. Specifically
community members who would like to help build people-powered search
results and developers to help us build an open-source alternative for
web search" [1]

There is some serious discussion about using Nutch for the new search
engine.

If you are interested, you can help by:

- list yourself on the developpers' page:
http://search.wikia.com/wiki/search:Developers
- improve the wiki pages about Nutch and Lucene:

See you there,
Renaud
