Here is a link for .com and .net to verisgn which appears to give you free
access to the TLD zone file

http://www.verisign.com/information-services/naming-services/com-net-registr
y/page_001052.html

It looks like nominet also restrict access to the zone file (though I've not
finished checking this).

As a former employee of Afilias Canada, I know you wont be able to get
(legally) your hands on the ORG zone file, as well as any other of there
controlled domains (INFO, MOBI, IN, AERO, and a few other smaller ccTLD's).

There is a process in place to be able to retrieve this file, here is PIR's
for example: http://www.pir.org/RegistrarResources/ZoneFileAccess.aspx.
Unless your a business partner, you wont be granted access to the servers
that hold said file.

Verisign (COM, NET) is likely to have the same procedure in place. Smaller
registry operators might allow "free access" to there zone files, as a
purpose of building interest in there held domains.

You probably will find these files though floating around on the Internet,
just don't announce it to the world how you seeded your Nutch setup when you
do :)
