Look at stats of crawled db. That will show you about the information it fetched.
Sometimes, in nutch - I type word(s) that is in a document and it does not show up. Try searching by url. Say, www.sitea.com - search sitea - see if you get any results. or you can do domain search too like 'site:sitea.com' I don't have a solution to this problem.
