nutch-0.9.job file is a compressed version of nutch classes and plugins
jars. nutch-0.9.jar contains only nutch classes. If you want to add
updates to nutch-0.9, you need to rebuild project (try ant job or only
ant). Pay attention if you want to add a new plugin, you need to modify
build.xml files in project. Check documentation on Nutch WiKi.
