The official mailing list is the lucene.apache.org mailing list. Mail
archives are, surprisingly, the archives for the mailing list. Nabble
is a third-party site that allows you to interact with many different
mailing lists in a web based format. There are different lists for
users, developers, and for commits. All of that is explained in the
list you had:
