I'm trying to use the tool ArcSegmentCreator to hopefully create segments from some .arc files generated from heritrix. So far i haven't really been able to find any clear information in regards to doing this. My attempts so far have gotten me a "Ignoring position" error and empty segments. If anyone has gotten this to work properly i would greatly appreciate the help.
