This is the patch for XMPP indirection layer for google platform to send XMPP
messages, receive XMPP messages, inviting JID, finding presence of another JID
Please review the design and let me know if anyone has any other idea.
I would also like to know the list of cloud platforms Nuvem is expected to
support from the initial releases, so that i can start working on XMPP for
other platforms.
