[ndctl PATCH] README.md: exclude unsupported distros from Repology badge

The repology.org badge includes thirty-seven repos that are obsolete
or no longer maintained. Switch to the exclude_unsupported variant to
make the packaging status more relevant and easier to read.

The full list remains available on the Repology project page[1] for
those interested in historical packaging data.
