NWICSA,

We ask that you RSVP with the *exact* number of people you are planning on
bringing by *2/17/12 (next Friday)*. After this deadline your team
will be *responsible
for paying for that number of people even if you have team members withdraw*.
We cannot guarantee food or lodging for additional people after the
deadline.

Because this regatta is team racing format and we are making food, it is
important that we have an idea of how many people to expect with enough
time in advance that we can prepare properly. The flat fee being $30 for
every individual attending as stated in the NOR.

We are hoping to accommodate as many team race teams that would like to
come. Last year it was not an issue, and we expect there will be less teams
than there where at Jeff Mixdorf last weekend - so it should not be an
issue this year. However, if you would like to bring more than 1 team
please let us know as soon as possible so we can make plans accordingly.
