Sponsorship: ------------------ There's a talk lined up for next month (I'll announce that in the next few days) but so far no sponsorship. It's not essential that we have sponsorship, just nice, so if anyone knows a friendly company that wants to step up please ask them to get in contact. It costs ~£100 per meeting and someone from the sponsoring organisation needs to turn up on the night to pay.
Talks: -------- There is currently no-one down to do a talk after next month. I think most people would agree that the meetings are best when there are talks, there are certainly more attendees. If anyone wants to do a talk in September or later then let me know. A 20 minute talk doesn't take that long to write and it doesn't have to be just on purely Ruby, the groups interests are pretty broad. Contact me or discuss on list if you want to talk.
