Hi,

Have you ever rented a property? You know how it was painful and expensive
getting it all arranged, signed? And then it was annoying whenever you
needed a repair, or a change, or you wanted to renew and an agent charged
to charge you for the privilege? Well that's what we're going to change!

Resident.ly is an existing property business that's moving into long-term
rentals. We're starting a new technical team to build the product, based in
Manchester, and we're looking for engineers/developers. I've joined as CTO
(I'm ex-eBay, Shutl and was developer #1 at On The Beach) and have already
got a couple of fantastic folks on board.

There's plenty more about the company and the plan here:

and-we-re-hiring-for-our-technical-team-d82d8314cda1

We're offering proper salaries (I've just moved back from London and am
passionate about getting Manchester salaries in line!), equity packages and
the normal startup benefits of having lots of flexibility, your voice heard
when decisions are being made and minimal day-to-day nonsense. We're very
keen to get a diverse range of applicants so if in doubt about any of the
specifics, please get in touch and we can talk through.

Ping me with any questions - happy to meet up for a coffee/tea to chat as
well :)

Thanks,

Sam
