I've got emacs-23.2.1 and nXhtml-2.08. Problem is, that nXhtml matches tag's attributes style="" and onclick="" (for example) as invalid. nxhtml-default-validation-header is ‘body-utf-8’, which i modified, so it leads to XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
