Hi fargred. It looks like something might be wrong with the rnc
specification files. Could you please try opening the file no
customization? You can do that from within Emacs like this when you are
in this buffer:
M-: (emacs-Q buffer-file-name)
If it does not open in nxml-mode then do
M-x nxml-mode
Do you still see the problem?
