Some of the primary responsibilities for this role would include owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents, fulfilling data requests and performing maintenance on the systems. They would also review service-related reports (e.g.: database backups, maintenance, and monitoring) to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved and also respond to database related escalations.
