*100% Remote* *.Net/SQL/Qualtrics Programmer* *Remote* The .Net/SQL/Qualtrics Programmer will perform advanced analysis and computer programming work involving all technical aspects of creating and maintaining Qualtrics surveys and .Net Core/SQL Server applications to support the Texas Covid Learning Acceleration Supports Grants (TCLASS) program area. The position requires a combination of skills with Qualtrics survey development, .Net Core programming, and SQL Server query development/programming. This position will be developing Qualtrics surveys, creating .Net Core console applications to process Qualtrics survey CSV files (and other types of data files), create data sets in SQL Server based on complex business logic, and export results to Excel spreadsheets.
