Do we think that all NYC Wireless nodes should use the same channel so we can establish prior residence in unlicensed but regulate frequency? Sounds pretty hokey to me. Since it's of dubious value we should stick to using the best channel for a given location. Any other thoughts on the legal merit of establishing residence on a particular channel?
