You can convince everyone that has your e-mail to upgrade from Windows
to a Mac, FreeBSD, or Linux ;)   I try to always hand out different
aliases each time I give out my e-mail so at least I'll know who is
infected with CodeRED/Nimbda and then if I get an angry e-mail response
to something supposedly from me I can track down the source even without
the headers. Another thing to do is get the full e-mail from someone
that gets something supposedly from you and have the first forwarder of
the e-mail find out what IP it came from, and hence who is sending the
thing.  Unfortunately when you join a list like NYCWireless someone on
it is bound to be running Windows, so viruses will be sent out in your
name... :|
