Dana- We have 3 people from NY & CT going down tomorrow, as well
as sasha's folks..
We 3 are leaving from LGA, at 1230, to San Antonio- to help set up

It would help if for some folks we had a letter that explained
what we were doing officially, and what the needs were, and

It isn't that big of a job to get this done - apply for an
EIN (electronic), then fill out a few pages of paperwork for
the IRS, include a $150 check, and tax exempt status should
be had within short order. If there are a lot of donations
the $150 annual filing fee jumps to the max of $500, but no
need to worry about that at the beginning of the process.
If everyone else is too busy to take on the task of odious
paperwork I can do it, but I'll need some information from
Michael to complete the job.
