There was a nice flight along Long Island's barrier beaches this morning. Highlights of an hour or so of birding on my way to work were Clay-colored Sparrow at Robert Moses SP plus Dickcissel and Lincoln's Sparrow at Cedar Beach Marina.
Moving heavily were Yellow-shafted Flickers, Eastern Phoebes, Myrtle Warblers, Chipping and Savannah Sparrows, and Indigo Buntings.
