Vicki Bustamante just called to say that she is looking at a SWALLOW-TAILED KITE that is soaring over Lake Montauk. This is just east of Montauk Village (Suffolk Co.) and I believe she is viewing from East Lake Drive or thereabouts. Given that this is the end of the line, the kite might circle back west and perhaps jump over to the North Fork, so keep your eyes on the sky.
