It was raining when I got up but went to the Blue Grosbeak spot at Field 2 in Robert Moses St. Pk. with no joy. There was a break in the rain and I went for it. Lots of Robins and Red-winged Blackbirds and a few Swallows and Cowbirds and Starlings. Aarg. Few Warblers too.
At the Wilson Plover Swales spot, I found a black piece of plastic that said Texas Instruments in the parking lot to the right of the swale as one looks toward the ocean.
