this is a belated report for those interested parties out there. this past wednesday, the day of the snowstorm (jan.12), a flock of evening grosbeaks stopped in my yard. i heard the birds calling from inside the house, as i was at my computer which sits near a window. unfortunately, the birds departed before i could run outside to get a count-bummer.
