On a walk today with City Island Birds, Dennis Hrehowsik spotted four Northern Gannets directly off-shore, on Hunter Island in Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx. Over several years of birding this area, this was the first time we've ever seen Gannets here. Jack Rothman www.cityislandbirds.com
