Seeing the data on the Grace Estate bird survey inspired me to note that I also 
have yet to see or hear a Wood Thrush this year (my yard is 100 yards East of 
the Grace Estate in 300 acre preserved area that abuts it).  I have had Veery 
though plus all the other usual residents.

Of note this year though is a singing male Summer Tanager that has now been in 
the yard for 4 days and sings morning and evening from the Oaks by the pool.  
Only my 2nd in 5 years here.
