This morning, at 9:45 am, I found a Sandhill Crane at the Shawangunk
Grasslands (Hoagerburgh entrance), Ulster County. The bird was
feeding. It flew after a few minutes. It headed north. I could see it
1/2 mile away, flying over Ralph Tabor at the town park, still
vocalizing. I'll post photos later today.
