But pertinently Jamaica Bay WR is not the full extent of Jamaica Bay. So eBird flagging 200 for Jamaica Bay in February is not as unreasonable as it sounds, because I've been there in February during a freeze and seen *none*. In fact as pointed out there probably aren't all that many within the WR boundaries during the freeze, and it's certainly well down from the pre-freeze counts during December (i.e. don't use December counts to indicate likely February counts). I'm all for accurate information too.
