A co-worker of mine brought in an injured Northern Saw-Whet owl this morning (it appeared to have a broken wing). It was quickly brought to a vet up the road and will be well taken care of. The vet was unable to tell us if and when it would be released but said if the wing sets properly it will be released back into the wild.
