Partridge Run was slow this morning, but we had a fly over juvenile Golden Eagle. Later we stopped at Basic Creek Reservoir where there was a good assortment of waterfowl including Gadwall, American Wigeon, Mallard, American Black Duck, Northern Pintail, Hooded Merganser, Common Merganser, and Ring-necked Duck. At Vosburgh Marsh in Greene County, the ducks continued to be great. I couldn't count all the pintail there,but there was well over 50! We also found Green-winged Teal and Wood Ducks.
