Alec Human spotted a Yellow-throated Warbler this morning. The bird was later seen by John Barton, Kevin (I believe that's his name - I don't know his last name), and myself. John and I had views as close as 10 feet away (John took many photos). Alec also had a Canada Warbler which I believe all were able to see. I will submit a complete list of sightings later today.
