The WESTERN KINGBIRD, first found by Brett Ewald, continued to be seen
occasionally as of 3:45 or so. It is sometimes seen on the wires along the
south side of the road but, just as often or more so, seen in the trees on
the north side. It disappears for long periods toward the north (closer to
the lake). The bird’s activities seem to be focused between Fire Lanes 41A
and 41 B. Patience is required.

DIRECTIONS:

10707 Lakeshore Road, Town of Yates, Orleans County. Note: this is not Town
of Somerset, Niagara County, as has been posted previously. This location
is about ½ mile west of Marshall Road and 1.5 miles east of Niagara-Orleans
Countyline Road. The bird has been seen slightly to the west of Fire Lane
41A and slightly to the east of 41B and has been seen to fly toward the lake
between these two lanes.

Good birding!
