After leaving the Crossbills action at Jones Beach. I headed out to Massapequa Pond off Pittsburgh Avenue in Nassau, where I saw one of the two Eurasian Wigeon Drakes found earlier in the week by Rich Kelly. A check of a few other local ponds in the area did not yield anything of note.
