Hi,

Have any Eastern Phoebes arrived in mid-February in our region, this year,
or any year?

I have a friend in New Hampshire, not a regular birder but knows the common
things, who says he heard an Eastern Phoebe over the weekend.

Phoebes also turn up occasionally on CBCs, don't they? Is there any way
one could distinguish an early arrival from a very late lingerer?

Thanks,
