Just wanted to report my first sighting of Baltimore Oriole at Strack Pond,
Forest Park this morning.  Yesterday just as the fog was rolling in a good
number of birds were found, Blue-gray gnatcatchers, yellow-rumps, palm
warblers, blue headed vireos.  One man at the pond told me he saw a fist sized
bird (perhaps a bit smaller) with blue, red and yellow on it "Something someone
would keep as a pet" were his words.   I never saw it, but who knows, maybe we
have a painted bunting??  Long shot!  Just putting it out there incase anyone
has the time and will to investigate.
