My mother has reported frequently hearing a Northern Bobwhite in the Longneck Blvd area of Flanders. She sent me a video yesterday of the bird callin mid-afternoon from a neighbors tree. The area is residentially developed but there are areas of woods and its a short fly to hundreds of acres of county parkland --
