The Buffalo BROWN BOOBY was seen on Donnelly's pier this afternoon, spotted
by some birders in Ontario. Informed of that sighting, Dave Klauber found
it with some effort on the back side of the wall from the Erie Basin Marina
tower. Visibility was not good with the rain.

Dave also had the GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE in Lyndonville (Orleans
County), first reported last Sunday by Bill Watson and Holly Sweeney. This
was at the lake in the middle of the village. Take the one-way access road
on the west side of Rt 63 that leads to a municipal parking lot. You can
drive right up to the lake and usually spot the White-front from your car
(getting out does not seem to be a problem either, as these birds seem
accustomed to people).

Good birding!

Willie
