November 16 - Genesee County - Today at the Batavia Waste Water Treatment Plant There was an EARED GREBE, a NORTHERN SHRIKE, 95 Northern Shovelers, 12 Am Black Ducks, 59 Ring-necked Ducks, 53 Lesser Scaup, 160 Bufflehead, 1,211 Ruddy Ducks, 5 Common Goldeneye, 2 Red-breasted Mergansers, 21 Common Mergansers, 5 Green-winged Teal, a Blue-winged Teal, 12 Gadwall, and 3 Northern Pintail. At Gypsum Pond in Oakfield on Hutton Road - 3,800 Canada Geese and 4 Snow Geese (1 white phase and 3 blue). At Oak Orchard WMA - Windmill marsh - a Northern Harrier, 12 Tundra Swans, 38 Green-winged Teal, 3 CACKLING GEESE, 12 Hooded Mergansers, and 14 Great Blue Herons. Iroquois NWR - Cayuga Pool - 2 adult Bald Eagles near the nest, 6 Ruddy Ducks, 115 American Coots Best Wishes for Great Birding, Bill Watson --
