As of about 7:15 am the Kirtlands flew to the south side of the park road - it sang a few more times and then when silent. People are currently checking the area and we'll post updates.
At Hamlin Beach SP, parking area 1 is the first large parking area on the right as you come around the traffic circle immediately after entering the park. The warbler was initially in the median just south of the west end of the parking area. It moved around the trees there a bit and eventually flew into the woods on the south side of the park road. There is a blue trail marker on the edge of the woods where it flew in and the campground entrance road is just to the right (west). We will be checking this area.
