I've seen several reports of Monk Parakeets at Seamans Neck Park in Seaford; despite them being domestic pets, is it safe to assume that they are an established species in the area or just vagrants, therefore ineligible to be counted for one's lifelist? I'm home for the holiday break and was curious as to how long they have been there and where to spot them.
