Not much at low tide from sunrise to 7am- only a few dozen shorebirds
including semi palmated sandpipers and plovers, and 2 spotted sandpipers.
Saw 10 Great Egrets and a Great Blue Heron, Green Heron, and a Clapper
Rail. Recommend the sandbar as a reliable spot in the early am to find
Clapper Rails. High tide will hopefully bring in more shorebirds,

Good luck to everyone looking for rare shorebirds,
Rob in Massapequa
