I'll just mention the highlights: Jones Beach Coast Guard sandbar- 7 Red Knots
Jamaica Bay- shorebird numbers very low but there is a variety if you work to find them: both yellowlegs, 1 White Rumped Sandpiper 3 juvi Western Sandpipers 5 Short Billed Dowitchers 1 Pectoral Sandpiper (finally found one) I also found a Pied Billed Grebe and a Brant among the Canadas.
