At about 7:30 this morning, I counted 6 Buff-breasted Sandpipers, 1 American 
Golden Plover, 70 Killdeer, and several Least Sandpipers on the fields east of 
Northville Turnpike, from the sure that John Gluth described on 
Saturday(firefighters' training facility). 
Most of these birds are not in sight at this moment, at least partly because of 
roving Red-tailed Hawk and Merlin.
