Folks;

I'm sure there is a lot of birders who are anxious to see the Harris'
Sparrow in Loudonville, north of Albany.

Please be patient. We are working with the homeowner to arrange a "group'
invitation(s) so that they are not inundated with a string of strangers
showing up at their dooryard. To maintain their privacy (getting to the
bird feeders involves going around the house and into the backyard) and to
have it that as many people as we can manage can get to see this bird We
will be trying to work something out that won't wear our these good people
and ruin it for others.

We really don't know yet how the sparrow is reacting to people standing
around in the yard either. It is skittish, but that may just be his nature.
We'll try to work out what is best for the bird and the good folks there.

I will provide more details as they develop.

Thanks.
