I have reliable word that lark sparrow has been seen and photographed this a.m. 
at Croton Point (Count week for the Northern Westchester/Peekskill count).
The question now is what bird will Doug G come up with for the Putnam Count on 
January 2 that will, if I may quote him, make people “lose their sh** over.”

The Prospect Park Painted Bunting has made it to Brooklyn's CBC count period. 
It is currently in one of its favored locations at the extreme northeast corner 
of the appropriate habitat at the LeFrak center green roof.
