Video taping people can escalate matters. If you are on the road and not trespassing on private property, ignore the person without doing anything that may be infammatory. If it becomes dangerous, call the Police and take note of the vehicle plate and description. Pay attention to their clothing, weight, height, facial hair and hair color. Then leave and meet the Police at the end of the road.
