FYI, the dead end of Mount Misery Road is completely on the other side of West Hills County Park from Reservoir Road and Jayne's Hill (opposite sides of Sweet Hollow Rd., which bisects the park). So, not a good idea to access the park from Reservoir Rd. unless you want to go on a long hike as well as search for the woodpecker.
