Some info:

This remarkable find has been made more remarkable by its sticking to its original location much to the delight of additional birders. Still being reported as of this am. 

Great Find by Ken & Sue Feustel.

NOTE:  there is NO PARKING on the shoulders or medians of the Ocean Pkwy.

Note also that it is a VERY busy roadway in the am rush-hour, so police patrol. Please do not engage them if you are asked to move, just comply.   doing so might adversely affect future events...
