Highlights on the first day of the Winter Season: Black & Turkey Vultures, 
Barred & Northern Saw-whet Owls.

Canada Goose - around 40 on the Lake
Wood Duck - 3 (pair on the Lake, female Turtle Pond)
Northern Shoveler - 7 (pair Turtle Pond, 5 on the Lake)
Mallard - 90 (30 King of Poland feeding on acorns - early am, 60 Lake)
Hooded Merganser - 3 (1 male & 2 females Turtle Pond)
Mourning Dove - 6 Evodia Field feeders
Herring Gull - around 6 flyovers
Double-crested Cormorant - Turtle Pond
Black Vulture - 3 southbound flyovers in flock with Turkey Vultures
Turkey Vulture - 2 southbound flyovers in flock with Black Vultures
Cooper's Hawk - 3 Ramble
Red-tailed Hawk - 2
Barred Owl - 2 locations (Will Papp)
Northern Saw-whet Owl - not far from one of the Barred Owls 
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 4
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker - 1 Shakespeare Garden
Downy Woodpecker - 2 Evodia Field feeders
American Kestrel - male Great Lawn
Blue Jay - around 25
Black-capped Chickadee - around 6
Tufted Titmouse - around 30
Red-breasted Nuthatch - 2 (feeders & Shakespeare Garden)
