At Central Park, Manhattan, N.Y. City on Saturday, 19 September - No fewer than 27 species of American Warblers were found, with multiple observers of all of the species. Additionally, a minimum of 25 of these species were seen in the Ramble & its immediate vicinity, defined as within 50 meters or less from the Ramble’s borders (i.e., such as the Shakespeare Garden, for one example; or the “lower lobe” for another).

Many, many other parks & green-spaces had some excellent bird sightings on the day, including a few rarities- a few of those have also been in Central Park which are yet to be posted to this list-serve.
